The brief was to design and build a fresh, dynamic mortgage broker website that could attract and convert online home loan and mortgage finance enquiry. We used ‘buyer personas’ to build-out user profiles, and then wrote web copy and curated images to create a look and feel that is extremely appealing to the target market.
The website uses a latest-gen mobile-friendly platform that has been extensively optimised for Google search. Although the navigation and design is light and clean, the website is very ‘dense’, with 70+ pages of keyword rich content around borrowing, mortgages, and finance. A web-based CRM has been installed at all conversion funnels to capture enquiry data for conversion into leads for the business. The result is an impressive mortgage website that competes with large franchise operations such as Aussie and Mortgage Choice, but was built at a fraction of the cost.
