Social Network Explainer Video

Housenet.com.au was re-launching as a neighbourhood social networking site and a new explainer video was required to show how it worked and why local residents should join.  The brief was to reach and persuade the core target user:  37 year old females with children. The script we developed is a fine example of best practise for explainer videos: a) identify the consumer’s problem b) show why this is important c) demonstrate how the product/service solves the problem d) describe benefits of using the product/service.

The video was animated in friendly ‘cartoon’ style and delivered immediate results: conversion rates for people joining the Housenet site increased significantly.
